Accept the challenge and register yourself today. $50 registration fee. Get your very own fundraising page, make an impact and be up for winning some epic prizes. Go solo or enter as a team! (max four team members).
 
Track your progress
Connect your account to Strava or manual track how close you are to reaching your goal. Your own pace and in your own time. Get it done in one mission, or break it up over days or weeks. The choice is YOURS!

Make a difference
Get your family and friends to sponsor your challenge and raise money for the cause.

In the last 12 months, The Gidget Foundation's calls for help from mothers and fathers across Australia has increased by 122%
 
M4MH50 gives everyone the opportunity to move to make a difference in someone's life who is being challenged by the negative impacts that mental illness can bring.
 
Every $1000 helps support their telehealth service Start Talking, offering specialised psychological care to new and expecting parents across the Nation.
 
Together as a community Move For Mental Health has raised over $130,000 for this incredibly important work.
 
But we want to do more, with families doing it tough even more so since COVID, we want to help give hope.
